We’re Landon and Aspyn, just a husband and wife who fell in love with barbecue the old-fashioned way: outside and with live fire. Back in 2022, it started as
smoking meats in the backyard for family, neighbors, and anyone who happened to wander over, and somewhere along the way it turned into
something we couldn’t get enough of.
We care a lot about doing things right, taking our time with the smoke, and serving food that’s
delicious and real. These days you can find us catering gatherings, feeding events big and small, and set up at the rodeo, doing what we
love and meeting good people along the way. We’re grateful to share a little piece of our table with you.
From our first backyard cooks to full trailer setups, every smoker taught us something new. This journey shaped the flavor, process, and consistency behind every plate we serve.
